Chloe is a Global Director at DSMFirmenich, one of the world’s leading innovators in fragrance, nutrition, health and beauty. Having spent five years in the New York City office, before returning to London in 2017 to lead a global team, she is known for implementing future proof commercial growth strategies. She is particularly enthusiastic about mentoring others, and has been actively involved in the company’s Diversity and Inclusion programs. Chloe is passionate in her beliefs that all children should be provided with equal opportunities to succeed from an early age, through sport, music and education. She lives in a busy home with her husband and two young boys, who are already testing her eardrums through their passion for “music making”! Chloe holds an MSc in Business Management from Kings College London.
