Ben joined Future Talent in November 2025,bringing over 18 years of experience in charity leadership, strategy, and organisational growth. He has held programme, fundraising, and senior leadership roles across UK and international charities, with a career dedicated to creating equitable opportunities for young people to thrive.

Before joining Future Talent, Ben was CEO of On Call Africa, where he led the organisation through a period of significant growth and localisation, increasing income from £119,000 to £1.8 million in just five years. Earlier in his career, he founded and led a youth charity for eight years and supported a range of organisations to strengthen their strategy, fundraising, governance, and operations.

Ben now serves as a trustee of both On Call Africa and the Kerslake Robshaw Foundation, continuing his commitment to improving access, opportunity, and impact across the charity sector.
