The Development Programme is for young musicians who show great musical potential and are passionate about developing their skills and confidence further.

Musicians on the Development Programme are awarded £1,000 of financial support towards their musical costs.

Alongside financial support, Development musicians are invited to events such as regional workshops, masterclasses, performance opportunities, and one-to-one mentoring with a professional musician.
